We find ourselves in one of the toughest and most uncertain situations due to COVID-19. At Luxcar, the safety and well-being of our chauffeurs and our customers is always our priority, and we recognise the important role we play in providing transportation service to our clients during this critical time.
We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and carry out good hygiene practices to protect chauffeurs and customers from the spread of illness as well as following guidelines from public health officials and P2P Transport Commissioner.
As our chauffeurs interact with customers and the general public, we have taken precautions to limit exposures to the virus as follow;
* Beside wash hands often with soap and water, The use of alcohol-based hand sanitiser is required for passengers prior to enter vehicle and chauffeurs between hand washes or after opening and closing doors, moving luggage, and after personal contact.
* In the event of a passenger spreading droplets (such as sneezing or coughing) it is practical for chauffeurs to ask them to use tissues to cover and reduce the spread of illness. At the end of the trip, the chauffeur should follow health and safety precautions and wipe down surfaces with disinfectant.
* Chauffeurs will employ standard cleaning practices regularly and at the end of each shift, as part of good hygiene practice by wiping down surfaces with disinfectant.
